Who Is This Program For?

Supporting Those Left Behind by the Ordinary Job Market

Under Article 3 of our statutes, HELP4YOU primarily addresses jobseekers facing complex hurdles: long-term unemployment, lack of formal qualifications, language barriers, or social isolation.

Rather than abstract classroom lectures, we offer hands-on immersion in community operations (dispatching, itinerary planning, equipment care, telephone intake, and passenger accompaniment).

Step 1

Intake & Diagnostic

In-depth individual interview assessing acquired skills, career aspirations, and peripheral hurdles (mobility, paperwork, confidence).

Hands-On Immersion

Integration into associative logistics: schedule coordination, user communication, operational discipline, and teamwork.

Step 3

Coaching & Soft Skills

Workshops on interpersonal communication, interview simulations, resume polishing, and workplace ethics.

Employment Bridge
